Lee is a Badminton Player and a fully qualified Coach with the Badminton Association of England. Lee’s initial introduction to badminton was through his parents who took him to the local sports centre when he was 7.
Lee has played junior and senior level badminton at County level for Lincolnshire and Derbyshire represented his country at National and International tournaments.
Lee has taken the Badminton Association of England’s (BAofE) coaching programme and qualified in coach part1 and coach part 2 which now enables Lee to give back his experience and knowledge to young people and adults wishing to either learn or advance their badminton play.
As well as badminton Lee is interested in many sports and believes that you can gain experience from participating in them. This experience and new skills can then be used in your chosen sport. Lee’s others sports include Mauy Thai, boxing and tennis.
Lee’s has previously and currently coaches players which range from social club players through to county squads / county team players, elite juniors squads in the World Class Start Programme and England junior players.
His friendly manner allows you to enjoy yourself whilst improving your standard of play. Combined with my Personal Training qualification, He offer a unique service, helping you determine what you want to accomplish, and having all the skills to help you succeed.

Coaching
Lee is a badminton coach based in Derby
He current coaches individually (beginners, league players, county juniors and seniors and also world class start juniors. As well as individual coaching Lee also teaches adult groups from beginners to league standard and also junior groups from school teams to county groups. He also runs week long junior summer camps in the Derbyshire area from beginner improver level to county level.
